Rights and Duties of CÃOpreensão: 

​

• CÃOpreensão undertakes to carry out all the services advertised, always placing the welfare of the animal first, making available all the resources for this purpose;

 

• CÃOpreensão reserves the right to change conditions of services as well as prices applied without prior notice;

 

• During the time period that the animals are enjoying one of our services, it is our responsibility to always inform the owner/tutor about their conditions;

 

• CÃOpreensão has the right to carry out the evaluation tests that it finds necessary through the service in question, in order to decide if the animal is capable to enjoy it or not;

 

• CÃOpreensão has the right to terminate a service rendered to an animal that shows an inappropriate behaviour;

 

• CÃOpreensão informs that it is mandatory to submit the updated Vaccination Bulletin and duly annotated with all mandatory vaccines of the vaccination plan as well as the Vaccine against Infectious Canine Tracheobronchitis (Tosse Kennel);

 

• CÃOpreensão reserves the right to terminate a service in which the Vaccination Plan is not up to date;

 

• If throughout the day there is any change in the health status of an animal, the owner shall be informed promptly, and due precautions will be taken;

 

• CÃOpreensão has the right to ensure all health care strictly necessary without authorization of the owner, in case he's unreachable;

 

• Animals on our responsibility are only delivered to the owner, or guardian upon presenting an identification document;

 

• CÃOpreensão undertakes the confidentiality of all data and the proper use of each key of the residence, provided by the owner to perform the service;

 

• All equipment and materials provided by CÃOpreensão must always be in a good state of preservation, if this is not respected, the item will be replaced and its value will be charged along with the value of the service;

 

• CÃOpreensão undertakes to attend only the rooms to which it is authorised, as well as the handling of objects only for the welfare of the animal.

 

• CÃOpreensão ensures the transport of all the animals, in vans properly equipped for this purpose, promoting maximum security;

 

• In the CÃOpreensão Day Care Centre, only sterilized animals are accepted to guarantee the proper functioning of the groups and to maintain hygienic conditions;

 

• CÃOpreensão only accepts fully sociable dogs in its Day Care Centre service, however in case of an accident we are responsible for all damages caused, ensuring all necessary medical expenses;

 

• In the Dog Walker service, we cannot guarantee the behaviour of other animals on the street, so in case of an accident we take responsibility for all damages caused, ensuring all necessary medical expenses.

Rights and Duties of the Owner:

 

• The Owner is responsible for the accuracy of all data provided in completing the file of your animal;

 

• The Owner undertakes to enumerate any existing health problem, as well as new situations that may arise during the duration of the services;

 

• The Owner undertakes to always have an updated vaccination plan, as well as internal and external deworming;

 

• The Owner is solely responsible for the food available to his/her pet

Payments: 

​

• Payment of the Canine Day Care Service is always weekly, on the last day of service of each week;

 

• After the closing hours of the Canine Day Care Center (7pm), 15-minute packages worth €5.00 per unit are added;

 

• For customers who enjoy transport in the Canine Day Care Center, the non-show at the place of delivery/collection after previous notice of the CÃOpreensão team, has the addition of €2.50 every 5 minutes;

 

• The Dog Walker Service Payment is always carried out weekly, on the last day of service of each week;

 

• 50% of the Family Stay Service payment is made during the evaluation consultation at home, confirming the reservation, and the rest at the end of the service;

 

• 50% of the Pet Sitting Service Payment is made during the evaluation consultation at home, confirming the reservation, and the rest at the end of the service;

 

• Detachments of any of the services must be carried out up to 48 hours before the start of the service, otherwise the amount will be charged in full.
